Bulgur with maroccan meatballs

  • Bulgur: 20 gr
  • Ground Beef: 200 gr
  • Cumin Powder: 1
  • Onion: 1
  • Sunflower Oil: 4 Spoons
  • Water: 400 ml
  • Salt: To taste
Bulgur with maroccan meatballs


  1. Chop the onion finelly and arrange in a bowl with the ground beef, the cumin, a pinch of salt and mix well
  2. Create some small balls, the size of a walnut, with your fingertips.
  3. Place the bulgur, the sunflower oil, the water, salt and the meatballs into the Care Plus Potect Rice&Grain Cooker
  4. Insert the inner lid than cover with the second lid and hook it up well
  5. Place the Rice&Grain Cooker into the microwave cavity than set the cooking time to 14 minutes and power level to 700W (P100 for Candy microwaves)
  6. Press Start to start cooking
  7. When ready serve warm with some extra turmeric sprinkled on top
