Ingredients

  • Asparagus Tips: 300 gr
  • Eggs: 2
  • Cherry Tomato: 100 gr
  • Basil: 1 Tufts
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil: To taste
  • Salt: To taste
  • Pepper: To taste

Steps

  1. Set 100 ml of water into the Care Plus Protect Steamer, insert the inner basket, add the asparagus, close the lid and insert into the Microwave.
  2. Set time to 12 minutes and power lever to 700W (P100 for Candy microwaves)
  3. When ready, fullfill the Egg Cooker with colde water until the sign on the side.
  4. Insert the dedicated basket
  5. Break the eggs, one by one, in a small plate and let it slide carefully into the basket cavities, than close with the lid
  6. Insert the Egg Cooker into the oven, select 700W (P100 for Candy microwaves), set time to 6 minutes and press Start to start cooking
  7. When ready remove the boiled eggs and let it cool down
  8. Arrange the asparagus in a plate, add the tomatoes, diced, then using a fork smash the eggs.
  9. Add the eggs and season with the basil leaves, oil, salt and pepper.
