Vegetarian cous cous

Ingredients
- Cous Cous: 200 gr
- Spring Onion: 80 gr
- Water: 200 ml
- Tomato: 300 gr
- Peas: 200 gr
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil: To taste
- Salt: To taste
- Pepper: To taste
Steps
- Place the water into the bottom of the Care Plus Protect Steamer
- Add the cous cous and the water, 2 tablespoon of oil, salt and pepper and mix well
- Dice the tomato and slice the spring onion, than place it into the lower basket
- Insert the lower basket and close with the lid
- Place the Steamer into the microwave cavity than set the cooking time to 8 minutes and power level to 700W (P100 for Candy microwaves)
- Press Start to start cooking
- When ready remove the basket and pour the vegetables onto the cous cous, add some oil, mix weel and serve
