Curry chicken with Bulgur

Ingredients
- Chicken Breast: 400 gr
- Bulgur: 200 gr
- Curry: 2 Spoons
- Water: 400 ml
- Mint: 2 Tufts
- Sunflower Oil: 4 Spoons
- Salt: To taste
Steps
- Place the water into the bottom of the Care Plus Protect Steamer
- Add the bulgur and the water, the curry powder, 2 tablespoon of oil, salt and pepper and mix well
- Dice the chicken and chop the mint, than place it into the higher basket of the Steamer
- Cover with the lid and place it into the microwave
- Set the cooking time to 10 minutes and power level to 700W (P100 for Candy microwaves) than press Start to start cooking
- When ready remove the basket and add the chicken to the bulgur, mix well and serve warm with some extra curry sprinkled on top
