Curry chicken with Bulgur

  • Chicken Breast: 400 gr
  • Bulgur: 200 gr
  • Curry: 2 Spoons
  • Water: 400 ml
  • Mint: 2 Tufts
  • Sunflower Oil: 4 Spoons
  • Salt: To taste
Curry chicken with Bulgur


  1. Place the water into the bottom of the Care Plus Protect Steamer
  2. Add the bulgur and the water, the curry powder, 2 tablespoon of oil, salt and pepper and mix well
  3. Dice the chicken and chop the mint, than place it into the higher basket of the Steamer
  4. Cover with the lid and place it into the microwave
  5. Set the cooking time to 10 minutes and power level to 700W (P100 for Candy microwaves) than press Start to start cooking
  6. When ready remove the basket and add the chicken to the bulgur, mix well and serve warm with some extra curry sprinkled on top
