Ingredients

  • Prawn Tails: 200 gr
  • Salmon: 200 gr
  • Tomato: 300 gr
  • Water: 300 ml
  • Olives: 100 gr
  • Quinoa: 300 gr
  • Mint: 1 Tuft
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil: To taste
  • Salt: To taste

Steps

  1. Place the water into the bottom of the Care Plus Protect Steamer
  2. Add the quinoa, the olives and the water 2 tablespoon of oil, salt and pepper and mix well
  3. Dice the salmon and tomato, remove the shell from the prawns and chop the mint, than place all ingredients into the higher basket of the Steamer
  4. Insert the basket than cover with the lid
  5. Place the Cooker into the microwave cavity than set the cooking time to 10 minutes and power level to 700W (P100 for Candy microwaves)
  6. Press Start to start cooking
  7. When ready remove the basket and arrange the salmon onto the quinoa, season with a drizzle of oil and mix well
