Mixed fish with quinoa, tomato and olives

Ingredients
- Prawn Tails: 200 gr
- Salmon: 200 gr
- Tomato: 300 gr
- Water: 300 ml
- Olives: 100 gr
- Quinoa: 300 gr
- Mint: 1 Tuft
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil: To taste
- Salt: To taste
Steps
- Place the water into the bottom of the Care Plus Protect Steamer
- Add the quinoa, the olives and the water 2 tablespoon of oil, salt and pepper and mix well
- Dice the salmon and tomato, remove the shell from the prawns and chop the mint, than place all ingredients into the higher basket of the Steamer
- Insert the basket than cover with the lid
- Place the Cooker into the microwave cavity than set the cooking time to 10 minutes and power level to 700W (P100 for Candy microwaves)
- Press Start to start cooking
- When ready remove the basket and arrange the salmon onto the quinoa, season with a drizzle of oil and mix well
