    The washing machine and tumble dryer are complementary appliances, which often work side by side. Having them both at home can lead to space problems, creating difficulties in laundry operations.

    This is why Hoover has developed the Stacking Kit for Standard Hoover products, which allows the dryer to be placed securely on top of the washing machine, thus gaining space at home and maximum comfort for the load. 

    The kit helps to stabilize your tumble dryer above your washing machine, fitting all squared top with standard (47-62cm) depth appliances.

    Using a stacking kit ensures both floor space saving and the safety of your family and home.

  • To install the stacking kit, use the following suggested tools: a drill with an 8mm bit, a spirit level, and a measuring tape. As the appliance is heavy, for safety reasons, it should be installed by two persons.

    1. Attach the rubber stands to the locations marked for the plastic feet on the appliance.

    2. Position the stacking kit on the washing machine and verify the alignment of the feet.

    3. Measure the distance on both sides of the wall, ensuring there is a 5cm gap from the stacking kit to the side and 5cm downward. These measurements indicate where you should drill holes.

    4. Securely fasten the screws into these holes, ensuring they are tight, and attach the straps around the hooks and the stacking kit holes, using four plastic feet on each side of the stacking kit.

    5. Once the stacking kit is securely in place, position the dryer on top.
