Goat cheese and ham poached egg

  • Cooked Ham: 50 gr
  • Tomato: 1
  • Goat Cheese: 100 gr
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil: To taste
  • Salt: To taste
  • Chilli Pepper: To taste
Goat cheese and ham poached egg


  1. Fullfill the Care Plus Protect Eggs and Omelette Cooker with colde water until the sign on the side.
  2. Insert the dedicated basket
  3. Break the eggs, one by one, in a small plate and let it slide carefully into the basket cavities, than close with the lid
  4. Insert the Egg Cooker into the oven, select 700W (P100 for Candy microwaves), set time to 4 minutes and press Start to start cooking
  5. While cooking melt the cheese with some olive oil, salt and chilli pepper obtaining a smooth creme
  6. Slice the tomatoes
  7. When ready serve the egg onto the cheese cream, the tomato and garnish with the ham slices
