How to cancel your subscription

To cancel your  subscription:

  1. Go to My account
  2. Select Manage Subscriptions tab under Account details
  3. Click Manage Subscriptions and choose the product you would like to cancel the subscription with, click Manage Subscriptions. 
  4. Select Cancel subscription.
  5. Select a cancellation reason from the dropdown menu.
  6. Click Next, then click Cancel subscription.
