Shipping policy

The delivery of products purchased usually takes place within 5 business days from receiving the order.

Deliveries may incur slight delays during holiday periods; couriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 or on weekends.

All products purchased are delivered in the UK at the price quoted on the site. Delivery is charged only once per order, so ordering multiple items will save you on delivery costs.

The delivery charge for your selected items can be seen on the basket page before you start to place your order, or at any time whilst browsing the site.

Standard Delivery - We endeavour to deliver items within 3-5 working days of our customers placing an order.

If you place an order after the cut-off time (2.00pm), over the weekend, or on a bank holiday, We will receive your order on the following working day.

We use DPD for our Premium Delivery courier service. They will deliver between 7:30am and 5.00pm. You will need to sign for the delivery.

Premium Delivery is only available to UK shipping destinations. We are not able to offer Premium Delivery service to some areas of the UK. If your postcode is in the list below we can only offer a 5 working day delivery service.

Cancellations 

Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are despatched for a full refund. If the item has already been despatched then please see below for our returns policy.
