Delivery
The delivery of products purchased usually takes place within 5 business days from receiving the order.
The delivery fee is free of charge for all orders.
Unfortunately, the delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been placed, as orders are processed within a few minutes of placement.
In case of an incorrect address, we recommend contacting the courier, as they may be able to redirect the parcel to the correct address or a nearby pickup point.

Order Cancellation
Since orders are processed within a few minutes of being placed, cancellations are usually not possible.

Subscriptions
The fastest and easiest way to manage your subscription is through your account. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact us at enquiries@mycareplusprotect.co.uk, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
You can return the first subscription product within 14 days of delivery.
For all subsequent orders, you are eligible for a refund only in cases of missed delivery or if the product arrives damaged.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, but it must be done at least one day before the next scheduled shipment.
