Red lentils mash with coconut

Ingredients
- Red Lentils: 200 gr
- Coconut Milk: 4 Spoons
- Onion: 1
- Stock Cube: 2
- Water: 400 ml
- Sunflower Oil: 4 Spoons
Steps
- Pour the red lentils and water into the Care Plus Potect Rice&Grain Cooker
- Add the coconut milk, the chopped onion, the stock cube and the sunflower oil than mix well
- Insert the inner lid than cover with the second lid and hook it up well
- Place the Rice&Grain Cooker into the microwave cavity than set the cooking time to 18 minutes and power level to 700W (P100 for Candy microwaves)
- Press Start to start cooking
- When ready smash the lentils stirring with a spoon and serve
