Quinoa and Bulgur with mint and wholenuts

Ingredients

  • Bulgur: 200 gr
  • Quinoa: 100 gr
  • Walnuts: 60 gr
  • Mint: 2 Tufts
  • Sunflower Oil: 4 Spoons
  • Salt: To taste
  • Water: 600 ml
Quinoa and Bulgur with mint and wholenuts

Steps

  1. Pour the Bulgur, the quinoa and the water into the Care Plus Potect Rice&Grain Cooker
  2. Add the wholenuts, a pinch of salt and the sunflower oil than mix well
  3. Insert the inner lid than cover with the second lid and hook it up well
  4. Place the Rice&Grain Cooker into the microwave cavity than set the cooking time to 10 minutes and power level to 700W (P100 for Candy microwaves)
  5. Press Start to start cooking
  6. When ready add the chopped mint, mix and serve
