Quinoa and Bulgur with mint and wholenuts

Ingredients
- Bulgur: 200 gr
- Quinoa: 100 gr
- Walnuts: 60 gr
- Mint: 2 Tufts
- Sunflower Oil: 4 Spoons
- Salt: To taste
- Water: 600 ml
Steps
- Pour the Bulgur, the quinoa and the water into the Care Plus Potect Rice&Grain Cooker
- Add the wholenuts, a pinch of salt and the sunflower oil than mix well
- Insert the inner lid than cover with the second lid and hook it up well
- Place the Rice&Grain Cooker into the microwave cavity than set the cooking time to 10 minutes and power level to 700W (P100 for Candy microwaves)
- Press Start to start cooking
- When ready add the chopped mint, mix and serve
