    The special concave side is suitable for grilling in the oven at high temperature (230°), allowing a BBQ result with little smoke thanks to the drainage action of the fats on the bottom of the tray.
    The holes facilitate the circulation of heat and the draining of fats. Simply add water to your standard tray and add our tray inside to experience the steam cooking or grilling.

  • BBQ function:

    1. Add the water into the standard tray.

    2. Put the Dual Tray on it's concave side with the food on top and place it in the oven.

    3. Start your cooking cycle setting static and fan function at 230°.

    Steam function:

    1. Add the water into the standard tray.

    2. Put the Dual Tray on it's convex side with the food on top and place it in the oven.

    3. Start your cooking cycle setting static function at 160°.
