Here at Care+Protect we have developed a Modular Stacking Kit, the perfect solution for smaller appliances like washing machines and tumble dryers with depths ranging from 33 to 52 cm. The Stacking Kit allows the dryer to be securely placed on top of the washing machine, saving space and providing maximum convenience for loading.

Stacking your appliances is a great way to save floor space. However, stacking units without a stacking kit is not recommended and can be dangerous.

Appliances in use experience constant vibrations, and continuous movement could cause the dryer to fall off the washer, potentially damaging the floor, appliances, or surrounding areas. Damage to the unit may not be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Using a stacking kit ensures both floor space savings and the safety of your family and home.

How to Install:

To install the stacking kit, use the following suggested tools: a drill with an 8mm bit, a spirit level, and a measuring tape. As the appliance is heavy, for safety reasons, it should be installed by two persons.

1. Attach the rubber stands to the locations marked for the plastic feet on the appliance.

2. Position the stacking kit on the washing machine and verify the alignment of the feet.

3. Measure the distance on both sides of the wall, ensuring there is a 5cm gap from the stacking kit to the side and 5cm downward. These measurements indicate where you should drill holes.

4. Securely fasten the screws into these holes, ensuring they are tight, and attach the straps around the hooks and the stacking kit holes, using four plastic feet on each side of the stacking kit.

5. Once the stacking kit is securely in place, position the dryer on top.
