Hummus with parsley and dill

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas Flour: 150 gr
  • Water: 300 ml
  • Parsley: 2 Tufts
  • Dill: 2 Tufts
  • Sunflower Oil: 4 Spoons
  • Salt: To taste
  • Tajina Sauce: 2 Teaspoons
Hummus with parsley and dill

Steps

  1. Chop the cauliflower finelly
  2. In a bowl beat the eggs, add the cheese, nutmeg, chopped parsley, salt and pepper
  3. Add the cauliflower, mix well and pour into 4 greased ceramic mould
  4. Place 100 ml of water into the bottom of the Care Plus Protect Steamer
  5. Insert the lower basket and the moulds
  6. Cover with the lid, place the Steamer into the microwave cavity than set the cooking time to 12 minutes and power level to 700W (P100 for Candy microwaves)
  7. Press Start to start cooking
  8. When ready serve with the cream cheese as a garnish
