Hummus with parsley and dill

Ingredients
- Chickpeas Flour: 150 gr
- Water: 300 ml
- Parsley: 2 Tufts
- Dill: 2 Tufts
- Sunflower Oil: 4 Spoons
- Salt: To taste
- Tajina Sauce: 2 Teaspoons
Steps
- Chop the cauliflower finelly
- In a bowl beat the eggs, add the cheese, nutmeg, chopped parsley, salt and pepper
- Add the cauliflower, mix well and pour into 4 greased ceramic mould
- Place 100 ml of water into the bottom of the Care Plus Protect Steamer
- Insert the lower basket and the moulds
- Cover with the lid, place the Steamer into the microwave cavity than set the cooking time to 12 minutes and power level to 700W (P100 for Candy microwaves)
- Press Start to start cooking
- When ready serve with the cream cheese as a garnish
