I love it! It's particularly good for towels & bedding I've found. It does say not to use with delicates and if clothes have strings. I've noticed fibres getting caught quite a bit. I recommend
My Care+Protect is Cora Ball UK Approved Retailer and Distributor.
Cora Ball is a revolutionary laundry ball designed to protect our oceans by capturing microfibers that shed from your clothes during the wash cycle.
Tiny fibers, which often escape through washing machine filters and enter our waterways, are a significant source of ocean pollution. With Cora Ball, you can make a big impact with a small, simple change to your laundry routine, as it prevents an average of 31% of microfiber pollution.
And what is more! It also helps to reduce microfiber release from clothing itself, which helps to protect your clothing.
1. Remove the tamper seals from both sides of the box.
2. Open the box by simply pressing on the circular release button and sliding out the contents.
3. Place the washing pod at the back of the drum before loading in your washing, select your program and start your wash.

Cora Ball is made from 100% recycled and 100% recyclable plastic.
I can’t see any fibers on the Cora Ball. Is it even working?Microfibers are extremely small. Depending on the fabric in your laundry, you might not notice large chunks of pollution, but microfibers are still being collected. These will become more visible as they accumulate over time.
Do I have to wash and clean the Cora Ball after every laundry cycle? Not at all! The Cora Ball only needs cleaning when you notice visible clumps of fibers.
Can I wash all my clothes with the Cora Ball? The Cora Ball is safe for washing all types of fabric, including delicates. However, it’s not recommended for use with items that have fraying threads, lace, or wide-knit sections, as the stalks of the ball may catch on these materials.

Had one for some ten years before if broken a ring capture at one end. Hence my recent order for a replacement since it works quite well in reducing the release of microplastics

Product works really well to keep microfiber out of the water and larger ones from blocking up my washing machine - an excellent product.

It doesn’t capture anything apart from an occasional hair. No evidence of microfibers, cat hair

£30 for a piece of plastic that is advertised to collect microplastics but hasn’t the capture resolution to do so while emitting microplastic into the drain. Is this a joke? If it is, it isn’t funny it’s fraudulent.

Not sure what it's meant to do

I only use this when I’m not using conditioner (which isn’t very often ), as I read somewhere not to use conditioner.

For £30 this was wayyyyy overpriced. I’m not seeing the benefits as yet as it hasn’t caught much fabric or micro plastics. I have seen some odd threads here and there which is good but apart from getting tangled up with drawstring laces, looking good and seeing similar alternatives on Temu for less than £5 this was a complete over inflation in price for an item I thought actively did more within the cycle. Lovely looking item but just not worth £30, feel really badly that I spent that amount on it to be fair! :(
