Leek-wrapped salmon with stuffed tomatoes

  • Salmon Fillet: 600 gr
  • Leek: 200 gr
  • Tomato: 300 gr
  • Carrot: 100 gr
  • Peas: 100 gr
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil: To taste
  • Turmeric: To taste
  • Ginger: To taste
  • Salt: To taste
Leek-wrapped salmon with stuffed tomatoes


  1. With a spoon remove the inner part of the tomato
  2. Insert the peas and the finelly chopped carrot than season with oil and salt
  3. Remove the external leaves from the leek
  4. Flat the leaves onto a chopping board and arrange the salmon over it
  5. Season with turmeric salt and ginger and roll over the leaves.
  6. Place 100 ml of water into the bottom of the Steamer
  7. Place the salmon rolls into the lower basket and place the basket into the dish steamer
  8. Arrange the tomato into the higher basket and place it over the lower one
  9. Cover with the lid, place the Care Plus Protect Steamer into the microwave cavity than set the cooking time to 7 minutes and power level to 700W (P100 for Candy microwaves)
  10. Serve sprinkled with the spices and a drizzle of oil
